Switch to contact-less and safe attendance using mobile to mobile pairing and optional location matching feature.

Here is how to proceed:

1. Visit https://www.runtimesoftware.in to learn more and signup for your free trial.

2. Create employee records from Menu > Employees > Add Employee or import employees from excel from Menu > Employees > Import Employees.

3. Install Gatekeeper (this app) on any android device and place it or hang it on the entrance of your office. Keep a charger plugged in so the phone does not run out of battery.

4. Ask team members to install Runtime Workman (employee self service app, available on both Android and iOS).

5. Employees can login in Workman using employee code and login pin.

Now, while entering or leaving office, simply 'Scan' the QR Code displayed on Gatekeeper (this app) using Workman (employee self service app).

All attendance captured through Gatekeeper is instantly accessible to HR Managers in Runtime HRMS web interface.
