Sherbeth Festival 2017

Sherbeth, the International Artisan Ice Cream Festival, conceived and organized by Ad Meridiem, returns to Palermo from 28 September to 1 October transforming the historic center of the Sicilian capital into the Ice Cream Village, strictly crafted.

An open-air laboratory where the cool cold secrets will be revealed with 45 ice-cream masters coming from all over the globe who will express their creativity in perfect respect for quality and craftsmanship.

Unpopular tastes and raw materials of excellence, quality and passion combined with interesting areas of deepening and comparison will enrich the four days of the event, flooding the flavors and colors of the heart of the city.
