Trakindo Salesman App

The Trakindo Salesman App is an application designed to provide convenience in obtaining various information and services for sales representatives of PT Trakindo Utama.

Activity Call Plan

This feature allows sales representatives to create call activity plans, enabling them to plan all customer-related activities within a single application.

Compare

The Compare feature allows the creation of price/service comparisons with Trakindo's competitors. This assists sales representatives in formulating pricing strategies more efficiently.

Update Opportunity

This feature enables sales representatives to update information about opportunities quickly. Salesmen can promptly view available opportunities and update the status of these opportunities.

Part Availability

Obtain information about the availability of parts at Trakindo using the Part Serial Number and the intended Plant.

Track Spare Parts

This feature enables tracking the status of parts orders, including viewing orders based on Purchase Order (PO), estimated arrival times, the latest updates on parts orders, and the quantity of items ready for pickup or already delivered.

Track Invoices

Monitor the status of sent invoices to customers, access billing information, received payments, and view invoice documents.

Service Quotation

Create service requests, specify service locations, schedule service times, and approve service price quotes.

Work in Progress (WIP) Report

Monitor the status of service requests, technician arrival times, assigned technician data, and the technician's last known location.

CMES (Condition Monitoring Equipment System)

This feature is utilized by sales representatives to report inspection results conducted by the technical team on equipment units.
