Star Blaster Shoot 'Em Up

Save Blaster is a shoot'em up game (or shmup) inspired by many of retro genre classics.

It contains the usual marks of the genre: huge hordes, addictive gameplay, and thin margins between success and explosive death. Retro classics are being resurrected and honed especially for mobile play, so..

If you're looking for a great game for your Android device, why not give this excellent shmup a shot. It's easy enough to play with one hand, so great for those journeys on a crowded train in the mornings, or passing the time at a desk when you should be working.

SAVE BLASTER

Essentially you play as the Stars, particularly the Hero Stars (for now) which must defend and free every other Star in their galaxy or cluster from being kidnapped by the Star Thieves (adequately named). In reality, the Star Thieves would be monumental sized space crafts made of some material strong and durable enough to contain the heat produced by a Star... etc.

So now, you're taking missions from the high ranking Stars and for each mission you achieve you'll be going up the rankings too, until eventually you'll be the individual giving out missions and things get a lot busier from there.

It delivers the classic shoot'em up gameplay to touch screens, focusing on tapping on enemies to shoot them down, or once you gather your allies, keeping everyone from getting caught while they handle the shooting.
