Steam’tech

Its objective is to digitalize processes to optimize not only the relationships with clients, but also to optimize all internal processes.

A first phase was to digitalize the relationships with the final users, by developing and sharing an Apps, Steam’App, already used by some clients.

In a second phase, we have developed a new Apps, Steam’Tech, to optimize and facilitate the day-to-day job of the technicians.

The Steam’Tech is connected to the Steam’App, and allow the technicians to really optimize his job :

- To be informed on new demands from the clients,

- To open and close demand by sending at the end a resume of the intervention

- To take pictures before the intervention and after the intervention as proof of the resolution

- To enter text or voice in addition to the pictures

- To allow the client to give a level of satisfaction directly on the Apps

- To get all client information directly on the Apps, and be able to contact by pushing only one button

The objective of Group Steam’O is to give to all technicians an Android phones to follow their interventions.
