Tamil Text to Speech is text to audio program which allow you to convert Tamil text to audio, you might need a Tamil keybpard beause the text to speech engine only translate Tamil letters

I recommend downloading Tamil keyboard from playstore

and there are some limitation, because it is a free version so you can only use 500 letters at a time
