Tether UP!

"Tether UP!" keeps wifi tethering active by periodic monitoring the tethering state.

Once activated, the app can be closed and recalled by its own icon on the notification bar.

The service (if activated) is started at boot, allowing wifi tethering since the device startup.

Activating the wifi connection during "Tether UP!" wifi tethering suspends the tethering until wifi is deactivated.
