You have 5 days to escape from the horror hospital, you need to find a way to defeat those ghost inside the mental asylum, like krasue, kuntilanak, scary granny, bloody mary, valax, slenderman, slenderina, and old granma zombie. Inside, you'll find an old gun frame that reacted to your spirit eyes to kill those monster out there.

While playing The Hospital: Horror Game or inside the asylum, they risking not only their lives but their faith and their very souls, they confront a malevolent force in the form of the granny's demonic nun that first terrorized the city resident because their conjurings failed as the mental hospital becomes a horrific battleground between the living and the damned.
