TTTT - A Transformer

This is a major release, with the following key enhancements:
1. The transformer can work without any active transformer script
2. A new transformer command "i:" has been introduced, which allows implicit transformer inputs to be specified directly via the active TEA script
3. Fixed and improved the TEAS import and export mechanism
4. Updated Transformer metrics to work where any output has been produced.
