It was proving near impossible to implement the advanced cost-effective technologies commercially, there were no takers, and everyone wanted their homes to be built on the traditional technologies. He pushed on, luring the people, staying on the site day and night, working as a mason if need be, looking after the purchases and stocks all by himself, constructing a brick roof for the portico, implementing flyash as a cement substitute, innovating mixes for hollow blocks, implementing rat trap bond walls, filler slabs, welded wire girders etc. The first project was accomplished and a brand was born. His technology and ideas were tested and proved. Now there were takers, the new brand was being commercialized as "VastuVihar".
