Web sms is a simple and free application that provides sending SMS messages to Latvian cellular providers Tele2, Bite, and LMT absolutely free. Choose the wifi connection and start cutting your cellular expenses.

The application is not a replacement of the standard SMS sending program. It works through web interface.
