Wild Roots Studio was born through a conversation on the desire to be both rooted, grounded and secure, whilst simultaneously adventurous, wild, and free. This is a space to connect - to ourselves and our community, to move and breathe with intention, and to come together and experience the life-changing, healing practice of yoga. Come as you are, no expectations, no judgements - all welcome! Wild Roots is a place for all, whether you have practiced yoga for years, or are just starting out. We hope that everyone who walks through our doors feels safe, valued and supported. Classes here are designed to spark joy, encourage personal growth, and get you moving and grooving!
