What weight can such a world weigh on the shoulders of a child slipping into adolescence, laden with memories of dusty streets and alleys, and the scorching warmth that hovers where poverty dwells? How does this boy feel when he has come to live in the house of a new, wealthy family - in which he has transformed from a blue demon into an obedient angel? Does he remain that way, when his new heart is speaking to him from within, lighting up his loneliness with the same flame of dreams, and entering into his small battles, all the way to the first sting of love?
