New features

Implemented new Media Center area on the system allowing user to search on MAM systems or on SNEWS MAM.
At Media Center is possible to upload files to MAM systems
Implemented support for MOS devices.
Implemented file upload on chat including videos.
Lots of interfaces adjusts.

* Note: Right now is not possible to play videos used on Media Center or Chat.

Fixed task assigment search
Fixed reportage insertion
Fixed timers on rundown
Fixed others small bugs on the system.
