Addressed name issue during login process for US Glass. Require unique first and last name now to address chat crosstalk.

Moved the Service Request Notes and Chat Message text area up when in focus for iOS users. The keyboard would hide this in the past.

Added a sound for incoming chat messages.

Added additional language support.

Added limited Calibration features/functionality, including the ability to take snapshots of the vehicle to support the calibration process.
