Improvements:
- New house style and icons implemented in the app
- Setting and adjusting out of office is now possible via the app
- Access to unsent emails via the email widget on the main screen

Bugs fixed:
- Agenda today does not update
- Private appointments not visible in the agenda
- Medical agenda not visible
- Standard description not filled in for appointment
- Multi-day appointment only visible on the first day
- Various minor fixes and improvements
