Calling :-
- BSNL Wings provides internet based calling which is done in the following ways:
Wings to Wings Calling
Wings to GSM Calling
GSM to Wings Calling
Wings to Fixed Line (landline) Calling
Fixed Line (landline) to Wings Calling

Messaging :-
- BSNL Wings provides messaging (text messaging) service which works only between Wings applications.
- This means that a Wings app user can only send message to a Wings App user.
