Bubble Wars 2

A number of improvements are made in this 3rd update:

- Bubble colors have been changed for better contrast on all devices and can now be edited.
- A glitch causing way too few bubbles in Infinite mode has been fixed.
- A level map that wasn't working now works.
- Shot movement and game rotation are optimized. (App startup and large number of bursting bubbles might still be slow on some older/busy devices)
