- Only for Android 4.3 and higher: content in a bubble will now display everything if possible instead of only the last notification

- Option to remove the notification when removing a bubble (Android 5.0+ only due to OS limitations)
- Added an option dialog when clicking on the content of the bubble (also added an option to disable this)
- Fixed long press to include and exclude... again
