New Rental Owner Dashboard Features:
- Seamless Transition: Switch between manager and rental owner interfaces without logging out.
- Net Income: View total net income (YTD) at the top.
- Data Visualization: View the "Income and Expenses" chart by YTD, last 12 months, or last eight quarters.
- Income and Expense transaction details for last 30 days
- Ledger Filtering: Filter by 3 months or 4 quarters.
- Contribution Requests: View details
