Removed Hardcore mode and replaced with investors

You can now reset the game when you like with the benefit of investors. The more profit you make the more investors you attract, each investor you acquire gives you extra profit per business owned!
- Game Balance
Businesses, Upgrades and Managers have had price changes to make them more balanced. This now allows for longer game play
