My Guide synchronisation happens automatically when you have an internet connection. Any favourites, visits and comments will be synchronised and combined across any devices logged in with the same account. A status bar on the My Guide screen shows when it was last synced. You can click this to force it to sync if for some reason it is not happening automatically.
