-Settings for adjusting the game speed
-Added descriptions for each setting
-Added background music (can be turned off in settings)
-Credits screen
-Bug fixes in spades and bridge
-Animation indicator when shooting the moon in hearts
-Added previous/next buttons for each page of the help section
-Various font changes
-Game names now appear under their icons in game selection
