A total of 20 items in five dimensions have been designed for the evaluation.
The evaluation aims to help domestic service industries judge their status of intelligentization and understand the objectives of tasks at each stage of intelligentization. Domestic firms engaging in the service industries are the target respondents of the evaluation. Needs have been differentiated by “awareness” and “practice”, and the intelligentization of service industries has been developed at full scale in terms of five perspectives corresponding to the overall aspects of firms. A total of 20 items in five dimensions have been designed for the evaluation.
