ComunicaPA

ComunicaPA is an application that allows citizens and enterprises to easily communicate with the Italian public

administration. It is also a general purpose mobile email and PEC (legal email) client.

It is able to retrieve Linked Data from the Web on contact information of the Italian public administration (PA). It uses this to phone, send emails and PEC and to surf official websites. It consumes official Open Data which is always updated and maintained by third official parties. This means that a large amount of data does not need to be embedded which would be unfeasible and not scalable for a mobile application.

It integrates well with the internal mobile functionalities. It is able to use the phone, the existing email clients, the Web browser and it can save retrieved contact details to the address book.
