Conneqt VCall is een tekst- en videogesprek voor klantenservice.
Conneqt VCall offers the end user to connect with the customer service team. The video call can be initiated by the service agent once the chat is connected. The app allows the user to start and stop the video feed, flip the from or rear camera and maximize and minimize the video. When the user moves to another app, while the video chat is active, a small video frame floats over the active app. In case the app is minimised and a new text message arrives, the notification panel alerts the user of new messages. The user can send and receive attachment during the video call.
