Updated bookshelf to include class id as part of the book title, and fixed bookshelf related issues.
Fixed a book content downloading issue and a content highlight issue.
Fixed a hardware back key issue in homepage which blocks user from exiting the app.
Fixed multiple Google crash bugs.
Fixed an orientation issue on tablets.
Fixed an issue that multiple "Retry" dialog would pop up over home screen.
Fixed 'Book download failed' error when downloading books.
Improved overall performance.
