* disable leaderboard
* fix graphical glitch on some phones/tablets
* 3 modes of game rendering (high performance, low performance & adaptive rendering)
* adaptive rendering allow consistent character movement at the expense of frame rate (match high performance on powerful phone/tablet or match low performance on slow phone/tablet)
* this will be the last version using isometric engine as we will be using top down engine in the next version along with new story + quest + characters
