It takes time to make great food. Our staff know this from experience.

As former bar owners here in Oslo, we spent years not just honing our bar skills, but also our interest in food. Established as a permanent part of the Oslo nightlife, we knew our customers well and we overheard them saying the same thing about food time and time again; “We want food, we want it fast but we really want is it to be extremely tasty”.

So this formed our new journey. We tested everyone else’s food first and quickly identified that Pizza were our craft. We set about putting together our own tasty menu. As in everything we do, we wanted our food to be a little bit tastier and little bit better than everyone else’s.

In fact, that sounds a bit modest … just as we approach everything in our bars, we wanted our food to be the tastiest and be known as the best. It’s our mantra, and why we say: Den Gode. Som har blivit den bäste.
