Added frames for Moto X, Xiaomi MI5, MI5S, MiNote, Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P.

Added features to generate backgrounds for your artwork. The background can iehter be a dynamically generated color (http://bit.ly/1GJpLqz) or a blurred version of the screenshot (http://bit.ly/1E7T3xj).
