DGL 2023 is een Intra Club Golftoernooi met een amateurstatus. In de eerste editie zal de competitie bestaan uit 14 teameigenaren; elk team bestaat uit 18 spelers.

De teameigenaren selecteerden hun team uit leden van de club. De 14 teams waren verdeeld in 2 poules. Die round robin-wedstrijden speelden die uitmondden in een halve finale en finale. De wedstrijden werden gespeeld op het Four ball better ball-formaat.
