I have more than 9 years of experience in service industry. From banking to telcommunication, manufacturing to pharmaceutical. With the experience gain over the years, I understand what is service to my client. When I decided to join the real estate industry, a lot of my friends, ex-colleagues, and even ex-boss commented that this is too risky for me as my 2 daughters, age 4 years old and 1 month old, are still young. Also from drawing a fixed monthly salary to an unsure income status. Most of them persuade me to start off as part-time with a see-how mentality. However, I believe that in life, one has to be focus and commited to do well in anything/everything. But why real estate industry? Simple reason being that everyone in any parts of the world need a roof over their head. On top of that, everyone has a dream home and wish they could fulfill it one day. Therefore, I hope to assist all my clients to realise their dream. How? By listening to their needs, understanding their status and providing solutions to realise their dream. From renting to puchasing, selling to investing, financial to legal solutions. With that, I aim to be a Total Solution Provider to all my clients.

In today's market, Real Estate Saleperson is no longer an agent who only assist you to buy/sell/lease/rent your property, administer the paper work. I have constantly keeps abreast of the latest local property news and trend through training and seminars, enabling myself to provide professional advice. Whether is fulfilling dreams or growing wealth through property investment, my attitude towards clients have won them over.
