e-go Ricarica is the innovative Enel Energia service for charging your electric vehicles by app at the public charging point in Italy.

Charging has never been so easy, using your smartphone to book a charging point, to start and stop the session and pay by credit card for the plug’s usage time.

To join the service, just download the app and sign in with your personal information and credit card. You can also sign in just before the first charging session you run.

e-go Ricarica services are:

• Map view of the charging points compatible with the service provided by Enel Energia; 

• 15 minutes plug’s reservation;

• View of the best route to reach the selected charging station;

• Plug’s unlocking and starting of the charging session by app;

• Charging session data monitoring;

• Interruption of the charging session directly by app;

• Payment by credit card directly on your smartphone;

• Email notification at the end of the recharging session.
