3. Can added feedback and view the action taken on the feedback.

4. Western Railway, Personnel Dept. employees can apply for PASS/PTO directly from their registered mobile number

5. Can view the application status and able to download PASS/PTO Application

6. Authority can approve / deny the application received.

7. Registered Employees can now view their complaints as well as actions taken on them

8. Authority can approve / deny the application received.

9. Western Railway, Personnel Dept. Employees can download Office order easily from this application

10. Western Railway, Personnel Dept. Employees can Add / Edit or View grievance with this app.
