Fix credit purchasing.
Update file synchronization.

Fix multi-player galaxy loading issue.

Change upgrades to be credit based instead of purchase only.
Add credit purchase activity.
Add pixel density specific icons.

Change resource display to show resource icons.
Add user icon to menu.
Fix so only one main activity can exist at once.
Increase synchronization data.
