How it works?

The application facilitates the consumption of the FitMech service comprising of:

- the Sensors that are installed on production machines, measuring vibrations and motion generated by machines’ operations,

- the Computing Cloud, which processes and analyses the data from the sensors, using artificial intelligence algorithms,

- the Online Panel, where the analysis outcomes of data from the sensors are presented in the form of live preview and reports, aiding the decision making,

- the Operator’s Panel, which is used for flagging downtimes reasons in the production processes.

In-app Permissions:

To ensure correct operation of FitMech Smart Factory app we will need to ask for your permission to access information about networks. We will only use it to ensure connectivity between the app and the FitMech computing cloud.

Please note that the application alone will let you familiarize with FitMech's demo factory. You need active FitMech sensors to be installed on your machines for the app to operate on real-life data from your factory. We are more than happy to provide you with the quote for our service.
