FlipStone: new puzzle game

- By numerous requests from users we've changed the colour position at the bottom of the control panel;
- Now you start the game immediately after the first tutorial;
- Avatars have been added to the leaderboard;
- Bonus stone animation is now displayed more often;
- Others minor improvement.
