You will need Forest if:

3. Wish to hide the fact of visiting certain websites from your internet service provider. The server provides anonymous access to websites and applications - your Internet service provider will only be notified that you are connected to the server - all network traffic is encrypted with a key.

4. Connect to an open Wi-Fi network (no password). All data in these networks is transmitted in clear text (no encryption). If a website doesn't have SSL, any information you submit on that website could be intercepted by someone with bad intentions. The server encrypts traffic and prevents it from being read, even on open Wi-Fi networks, preventing private information from being stolen or hacked.
