v 0.19 Option to switch between right and left handed guitar views (see menu)

v 0.12: Now includes fingering for all chords with up to 5 variations. Use the new left/right arrows to select a variant.

Also, new 'quiet' button (note on/off) to turn off playback on each change to the chord.
