Major feature/bugfix release

Features:
• Display release notes whenever the app is updated.
• Increased font sizes throughout the whole UI.
• Added a light color scheme. Toggle between dark and light using the `…` button.
• Add support for persistent user settings (just the color scheme for now).
• Many improvements have been made "under the hood", in preparation for upcoming math features.

Bugfixes:
• Fixed several formula editor scrolling bugs.
• Fixed rare result display issue (Norm mode).
