SPACE:
1.Adjustments on Central Universe.
2.Add attacking pirates limitation, you could attack 300 pirates at most everyday.
3.Add a 5-seconds CD when you finish a star drawings collection.
4.Stars will produce 3 drawings every producing period.

EVENTS:
1.Add some new events of ranking.
2.Add Star Conquest event.

MISCELLANEOUS:
1.Add some brand new warships.
2.You could use 20 Supply Chests at most everyday.
3.Fixed some bugs.
