New features:
- Added more deers/antilopes
- Added a loading screen
- Back button now effectively quits the game
- Introduced menu to create a tribe
- Lighter app
- New icon

Bugfixes:
- Dragging no longer generates unwanted clicks / double clicks
- Fixed interface on lower resolution devices
- Locked camera no longer goes crazy on steep slopes
- Some devices (especially some Samsung smartphones) were not able to spawn predators
- Slowed down zoom when going back to previously focused character
