Balance changes:
- Health upgrades increased to 4 and upgrade restrictions removed

Improvements:
-Show starting cards in character creation screen
-Add downlevel prompt to Four Journeys campaign
-Prevent mirror matches in vs ai
-Skill expend indicator: rotate classic expend icon
-Play All changes

Bug fixes:
-"Reveal" cards aren't revealing to opponent
-Chapters are unclickable after downlevel popup
- Cleric Shining Breastplate should gain combat if at full health
- All challenges are blind
