IHRM Kenya

The Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is a statutory professional body established under the Human Resource Management Professional Act No 52 of 2012. IHRM coordinates the activities and oversees the interests of all qualified and registered Human Resource Professionals in Kenya.

Our Vision is to be a globally recognized Human Resource Professional body while our Mission is to regulate, develop and promote the Human Resource Profession in Kenya. Part of the Institute’s functions include; establishing, monitoring and publishing standards of professional competence and practice among HR Professionals.
