A small update from us.

We have been working closely with our fantastic users and listened to your feedback.

News in this update:

* We have added some new encouraging messages and notifications to help you stay motivated.
* You can now easily treat more than one body area by switching between multiple exercise programs.

We also caught a few small bugs and put them away in a jar.
