Bill payment will be selected and the process of authentication and debit will be done by the processors. Notification is sent to the eBillsPay engine, which would notify the payer via email or sms. Also, notification is sent to the Biller.

Post Paid Process Flow

1. Utility Company gives bill to customer

2. Customer goes to the Utility office/Vendor to make Payment

3. Customer provides meter no as a form of validation

4. Cash is collected and transaction is processed

5. On successful transaction, User’s profile is updated

6. Billing System is updated

Pre-Paid Process Flow

1. Customer goes to the Utility office/Vendor to make Purchase

2. Customer provides meter no as a form of validation

3. Cash is collected and transaction is processed

4. On successful transaction, Pin/Token is vended

5. Billing System is updated
