1. Added option to sort Topics: Click on the group, click on sort option
2. Users can be added post Topic creation (until closed): select topic, click on options on the top right, Add Participants
3. Users can be made responsible: select topic, click on options on the top right, select non-start (other than oneself), Mark Responsible
4. Users can be removed: select topic, click on options on the top right, select non-start (other than oneself), Remove from Topic
