Lee Min-ho was born June 22, 1987; is a South Korean actor and singer. He became widely known in Korea as well as in Asia for his role as Gu Jun-pyo in the drama Boys Over Flowers in 2009. The role won him the Best Actor award at the 45th Baeksang Arts Awards. Lee is also known for his leading roles in City Hunter (2011), The Heirs (2013), and The Legend of the Blue Sea (2016). The success of Lee's dramas throughout Asia made him one of the most famous Hallyu stars. He landed a leading role in a film for the first time in Gangnam Blues (2015), followed by his first Chinese film Bounty Hunters (2016).
