Using this app you can calculate your 1RM and start a new periodization cycle for as many exercises as you need. Each week in the cycle you're given your target goal and you enter your actual accomplishment. The app maintains a history of gains and automatically recalculates your weight per week in a cycle when your 1RM increases.
