MADApp

MAD is an organization that mobilizes the community through volunteering to deliver equitable outcomes to children in shelter homes. A key part of MAD's strategy is to encourage meaningful participation from its volunteers. This app will ensure meaningful participation at events (city circle, CFR, etc.) by Volunteers, Strategists, Fellows by providing perspective, inspiration and organization for attending events and a sense that their attendance is being tracked (without being a 'control system').

It will also provide data on volunteers who need to be followed up with or removed from the system for not attending events. We will also be able to promote volunteers who do participate meaningfully is key to having good change agents in place for next year and maintaining a culture of meaningful participation.
